Alpha rope Hook

After so many problems with metal hooks that scratched the parts they were holding and also deformed over time, I decided to design this first version of the rope hook and added some functions to make it more practical.

• Optimised geometry to be rigid and not use too much material.
• Tested with static loads of 18 kg, with stronger materials and better performance possible.
• Works with ABS, PETG preferably using PC or reinforced materials for better rigidity.
• Function to join two or more ropes together thanks to the secure locking feature that prevents the hooks from separating when they lose tension
• multifunctional holes:
  • protect the knot of the rope
  • Works for M6 or M8 bolts
  • Allows the hook to be used as an intermediate fixing
• Including a flat design for more basic applications.

It is designed for 21 to 24 mm tubes where it is self-clamping, but can be scaled to suit your needs.
