Description

This is a shorter version of the best Laptop Stand ever!

Compared to my original remix, this version is shorter by 28mm in height to be aligned with the tray height.

It will also be more comfortable when needing to type the keyboard when the laptop is on the stand.

 

Note that the original tray will fit this version, but it will be a bit tight - the tray height in this version was also reduced by 1.5mm for better fit - so if you already printed my original remix, check first if the original tray is ok for you before printing new one.

 

 

Based on TVL 3D design, I've improved it a bit to support also 15.6 inches laptops (originally fits only 13.3/14), and added a “stopper” to the tray so it won't come out when pulling.

Features:

  • Tray to hold all your desk stuff.
  • support 14/15.6 inches laptops (tested with Asus TUF A15, Lenovo E14/15).
  • Cable holder that can fit anywhere at the sides.

 

Dimensions : 360mm X 251mm X 104mm

 

There are 3 plates to print, I recommend printing the tray and cable holder in different colors - it's beautiful!

Thank you for this lower version. Printed with a 0.6 nozzle. Small tolerance problem, but I suppose the model was designed to be printed with a 0.4 nozzle

really cool and useful design, one of the tray pins broke when I tried to assemble, I think they need to be a bit bigger to make them stronger.

Printed and assembled perfectly the first time. I did adjust so I could print both sides on one build plate instead of 2. This allowed me to print both the drawer and the sides over night on my two printers in stead of having to interupt half way to start the next side.

Great! Yes i know that both sides can be fit in one plate, but its very close so i think its better to print separately to avoid potential issues.

Came out exactly how it should. I did have issues printing it but they were my issues and nothing to do with the file. I think tpu feet should be added because it slides a lot on my wood desk. EASY fix but rubber feet would be nice. The only issue I have is the drawer needs a handle. Having to pick it up to pull out is a great idea for skinny hands and not my fat fingers. I am going to print a few more for guys at work that love it.

Gedruckt in ABS, hat sehr gut funktioniert. Nutze es für ein HP Z-Book in 16". Als Verbesserung würde ich eine durchgängige Strebe vorne empfehlen, da die zwei kleinen Halter vorne sich bei längerer Belastung etwas durchbiegen und sich dadurch die Schublade etwas schwieriger öffnen lässt.
