Personalised Gear Stik climbing gear organizer

This is a simple and lightweight implement for organising and carrying your climbing gear. It is easily personalised with a name, and makes an ideal gift for the climber in your life.

It's ideal for racking, unracking, and transporting quickdraws, cams (friends), nuts (wires), belay devices like gri-gris and ATC devices, and whatever else you take to the crag or wall. It will print in just over an hour, and the multi-colour print generates very little waste (less than two grams). Print a few and never wonder where your gear is again.

Personalisation instructions:

• Do not print from the Bambu Handy app.
• Instead, download the 3MF file and open with Bambu Studio.
• On the “Prepare” tab, switch from Global to Objects.
• Right click the first instance of text_shape and click Edit Text.
• Overwrite "Gear" in the Input text box with your first name.
• Visually check that the text fits in the space between the holes. If it doesn't, resize it from 7 to 6 or 5.
• You can fine-tune the text position by clicking and dragging the tiny yellow cube.
• Click the grey “return” box.
• Right click the second text_shape instance and repeat the process, this time changing “Stik” to your last name.
• Slice and print the model in the colours of your choice. A colour change is programmed at layer 20 (where the embossed text starts).

Print settings:

• If you print from the STL you will have to add your own text (or logo). The Arial Rounded MT Bold typeface is recommended.
• Use PLA+ for toughness.
• 20% gyroid infill.
• 3 wall loops.
• Hilbert curve top surface.
• The object must be placed diagonally on the print bed in order to fit.
