Description

"I Didn't Get What I Wanted For Christmas" Monkey

Awww.. Look at the anger! Someone fell short this Christmas!!

https://www.instagram.com/ibrawnfdm/reel/DDcRJPjx4WY

3 ways to display: Ledge Sitter, Magnetic, Hanging(ornament)

A Single colour version of this print takes just over 2 hours.

We all know this emotion. Even if we can only recall it from the distant past. This Monkey is suffering from the “I didn't get what i wanted for Christmas” emotional regulation disorder. If only a Monkey could use a calculator, or get a job.

The pause for the magnets is automatic, as in, part of the profile. At the beginning of layer 17, the machine will pause. At that point place four 8x2mm Magnets into the four holes in the poor crybaby monkey. The magnets should be attracted to the build plate. Polarity of the magnets should be considered if you intend it to stick to another magnet. But if you intend to use it as a fridge magnet, polarity is not a big concern. After the magnets are in, in all the way, and you are clear, hit the “resume print” button for the print to finish.

There is a hole through the pompom on the hat for a hook or string, for you to hang it from a tree or wall hook/nail. I used TPU filament.

A few brim disks have been painted between legs to assist with adhesion

Merry Christmas from iBrawnFDM.

“merrier than this grouchy grouch at least”

I use glue on all of my build plates. My favourite is Elmers washable school glue, disappearing purple

Beware: 3D printed things are not for small children. Some of the models have sharp edges or corners that can break the skin. Parts can break off and be swallowed. Smooth parts can break and become sharp. Please supervise small children while they play with 3D printed things.

Happy Printing from iBrawn3D
