Use a piece of filament or a steel rod with 1.75 - 2 mm and mount the flap door. I used a different material type than the print was made of, hoping to reduce grinding.You can also place some small discs of PTFE between the frame and the flap door to keep the door centered.

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill
