Box to store and display Bambu Lab colors.

Capacity for the 80 pcs availables with the original swatch size 24mm x 24mm x 2mm (Added printing tolerances in design, perfect fit)

Base Files:

Normal: The swatch will be tighter, it will be more hooked.
Wider Slot: The sample will be looser and handling will be easier.

Unfortunately the lid fits too tight as do the slots. I had to pry the lid and the swatch out. the seam could also be hidden better in the print profile for future suggestion

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I see that the stitching is superior to the normal, have you used Bambu Lab PLA filament as the profile is configured? Regarding the lid, it's designed this way to prevent accidental opening and the potential spillage of all the pieces, with the purpose of keeping all the swatches safe.

yes I printed directly from my phone on the app. Filament is pla+ esun. I appreciate why the lid is tight, but I had to pry it open with a ruler. I would suggest adding a bit of clearance. The swatches I needed pliers to pull the pieces out. Again, I would suggest a minimal increase in clearance for better results. Everything fits but is too snug to be useful as is. That said it is a good design

If you observe, there are two profiles, one of them has more open slots to avoid them being too tight. It is true that I feel you may have the filament misaligned because in no case have I needed to use pliers or a ruler in my tests and trials; all the swatches have entered and exited perfectly in my prints.

With your box selected in BambuStudio click on the T(ext) option at the top of the window on the right side. It will drop down a window for the text. In this case I elected to imbed the text instead of it protruding outwardly. That way I could print the top cover on its face therefore have a more perfectly smooth face based on what build plate you choose to use. Hope this makes sense my Friend!

Simple, fast to print, and it works perfectly! There are a few slots that are tighter than the others, but not an issue

Wider Slots profile was perfect! Lid is a little tight but better than too lose! I also borrowed @lilrepete idea below for a label on the top. Great work!
