Description

M6 Hold-Down Knob

A durable M6 hold-down knob designed for workshop jigs, fixtures, and clamping applications. It's ideal for use with table saw accessories, router jigs, drill press fixtures, and a wide range of custom workshop projects.

The knob is designed to capture a standard M6 hex nut during printing, creating a strong and reliable threaded insert. It can also be threaded directly onto an M6 bolt or used with components featuring an M6 threaded hole, depending on your application.

Features

  • Suitable for workshop jigs and fixtures
  • Captive M6 hex nut design
  • Comfortable ergonomic grip
  • Quick and easy to print
  • Strong, durable construction
  • Fusion 360 source files included

Printing Notes

Insert a standard M6 hex nut by pausing the print at approximately 13.2 mm before resuming the print to fully capture the nut.

PETG, ABS, ASA, or other durable materials are recommended for workshop use, depending on the intended application.

If you find these knobs useful, please consider posting a make or leaving feedback. Suggestions for additional sizes or compatible workshop accessories are always welcome.
