I REALLY LOVED THIS HANDLE ON MY K1 MAX
SO I REMIXED IT WITH HEATED INSERTS FOR MY BAMBUS
AND NOW IM SHARING IT WITH ALL YOU AS WELL TO ENJOY

I liked the door handle with the BambuLab logo but the screw size seemed a bit strange to me. M4 is far too big to fit and I didn't want to leave the rubber grommet in the glass because of possible damage. I adjusted the holes to 1.7mm and now it is possible to use the original screws.
Nevertheless, great design and nice to open.

I changed to a heated insert and a m4 Allen key and didnโt use the grommets . has been this way for a month . I donโt like the original screws into just plastic they wear out over time and has to be reprinted . way more robust with actual metal threads . to each there own tho :) glad you like it

Looks good, nice desing. How long are the M4 button head screws be for this handle? Also what is the specific length of the M4 inserts? Just wanted to get the correct hardware.

m4x6 screw with washers on the inside . the insert I believe is 6mm deep . just grab a universal pack ,4 6,8mm type thing .

It didn't fit p1s.
What was actually on
It was an M2 tapping screw.
I had no choice, so I fixed it with double-sided tape. good.

Printed great, i really like this over the stock handle. Works out great with how my printer area is setup and makes it much easier to open the doors.
