Description

I've wanted a mug to jazz up drinking from cans for awhile now. However, I've found that you'll need to reprint mugs in different sizes to accommodate small to larger 500 ML cans. I found this excellent model and have adapted it to adjust for the majority of can sizes.

Please note I am awful at 3D modelling and have simply put existing models together and tweaked things to create this. The original models used in this projects can be found at

The screw and adjustable platform can be stiff depending on printing accuracy. I've found pre-screwing them before assembly with short sharp twists till fully in gives better results. The more you use this print, the smoother the mechanism becomes.

To assemble, place the adjustable platform into the mug, lead screw nut facing down and push the platform all the way to the bottom. Flip the mug over, insert and turn the screw clockwise until the screw is within the mug recess and it's as far as it can go into the platform. The cap should then be slotted in and turned to lock. To fit shorter cans turn anti-clockwise to adjust for longer turn clockwise. The monster logo evac level is optional and I've found it useful to remove the can. Simply push it through the top of the slot running down the middle of the mug and push it down to match the platform level.

Hope you find it as useful as I have!
