I made these swatches so that they'd be easy to store in card binder pages. They're the standard TCG card size (88mm by 63mm) and 1mm thick, using a little over 7g of filament.
The card itself was printed at 0.12 layer height in order to allow the layer line sample (an idea I took from the filament swatches by Zapador on Printables) to “click” into place. Once inserted, the layer line sample is fairly stable, as they've stayed in the card unless I've intentionally tried to pop it out, though you can always use glue if you can't get it to stay in place. The layer line sample itself is 21.6mm tall, and were printed at 0.2mm layer height, though can really be printed at whatever layer height you most often print at. It is only 2 layers thick, and though I was able to print it as-is, you may need a brim.
The text can easily be changed in PrusaSlicer, as it has by far the best text tools I've used in a slicer. Thanks to this, you shouldn't need to reposition the text after you edit it, with only the text's height needing to be changed if the text becomes too long. I'd strongly recommend editing the text in PrusaSlicer, then saving and importing the file into your slicer afterwards, though I have uploaded a blank .step file if you'd like to add the text yourself in another slicer.
