Tuozhu's AMS is user-friendly, serving as a storage box for consumables and facilitating multi-color printing. However, it is limited to standard consumable rolls with a diameter of 20cm. Bulk or smaller rolls are incompatible. Many users resort to tools or manual methods to transfer material from non-standard to standard trays, a process that is time-consuming and prone to tangling. This tray was designed to address this issue.

Three height options are available: 33mm, 40mm, and 50mm. Choose the height based on the thickness of the consumables and print the corresponding nuts. This ensures that after screwing, the nuts remain flush with the material tray, enhancing aesthetics and preventing friction with other trays.

Simply remove the straps from bulk consumables, secure one piece on each side, and tighten with nuts. The bushings feature three protrusions on each side to prevent nut loosening during rotation.

For loading bulk materials, the spool portion features two 2mm holes to facilitate rolling.

The material tray has a diameter of 20cm and a height range of 33-55mm, accommodating most consumable thicknesses. The inner hole diameter is 5cm, a standard size.

Printing a set of material trays takes 5 hours and 30 minutes and requires approximately 107g of consumables.
