Description

This is my Modular Server Rack. If you have any questions, suggestion or need help you can wirte me a massage.

 

My Server Rack:

 

Raspberry Pi 5 4 Gb

-Raspberry Pi 5 Active Cooler Fan

-Geekworm X1001 M.2 Nvme SSD

 

TP Link TL SG-108 Lan Switch (needs to be glued with double sided tape on the 3D print)

 

Screws:

 

  • Top and Bottem: 8x m3 8mm
  • Front and Back: 8x m3 10mm
  • Mount: m3 10mm
  • Raspberry Pi 5: 4x m3 16mm, 3x m3 18mm 

The Screws doesent need to be the corrects size, just try it out

 

10" Server is Uploaded

Very nice design, I modified slightly so that I use thermal insert for the frame. Also drilled all holes for the holders so that I can use bolt together with nuts. Designed the holder for my 2 Switches and a RPI

Putting it on the bottom is very hard, the holes do not line up perfectly but manageable.

It is very good, when screwed together it is stable. Inserts hard to put in correctly it needs more wall around them

what screws are you using to hold it together ?

Good Question, Front and Back are m3 10mm, Top and Bottem are m3 8mm. For the mount screes, ive been using m3 10mm too. I will add the length later to the description.
