Gift Wrap Decor for M4 Mac mini

Give the gift of mini!

Happy Thanksgiving y'all! Start the holiday season with this cute decoration for the M4 Mac mini. Whether you are giving Mac mini as a gift, or simply want some holiday cheer on your desk, this is a great print. (So is my M4 Mac mini Santa Hat!)

Print recommendations:

The ribbon wrap prints flat on one bed. On the other bed you can print the bow and retaining ring together.

I recommend you print in PETG for a bit of extra flexibility in the corners. Once the single-piece ribbon wrap is printed, you can bend the corners over the edge of the Mac mini – it may be easiest to do this immediately after removing it from the heated bed. If you have any issues bending the corners cold, consider applying a bit of extra heat with a heat gun to locally soften the ~5 layers in the bend.

The ring at the bottom simply helps hold the lower ends of the ribbon wrap close against the sides of the Mac.

The bow slots into the ribbon wrap. If you wish, you can secure it with a dab of CA glue, but this isn't necessary.
