BambuLab Refill Spool Redesign

Clean-room redesign of the BambuLab bulk refill filament spool that is more secure than the one that was designed by BambuLabs.

After having one of the refill spools come apart on me I sat down and designed this one that screws together and then, if you're really paranoid like I am, you can insert an M3 screw into it to make sure that it doesn't unscrew!

Assembly:

First print out both halves of the spool.

Then, like with the BambuLabs spool, insert your filament refill so the notch lines up with the tab on the wider spool half.

Then screw on the other half of the spool tightly - but not so tight that you can't remove the plastic strips from the roll! 🤣

Optionally, line up one of the screw holes on both halves and screw in a short M3 Socket Head Cap Machine Screw so that the head of the screw keeps the two halves from coming apart.

And then finally, don't forget to add your sticker!!!
