Hey everyone, this is my very first design, and I’ve put a lot of time and effort into creating something that could make a real difference for those of us using large spools with the X1C, P1P, and P1S AMS units. I’ve faced the frustration of spools getting caught at the top, and I really wanted to help solve that issue. X1C, P1P, and P1S AMS Unit Bracket – Improved Spool Management
Introducing my first design: a custom bracket for the X1C, P1P, and P1S AMS units, specifically created to solve an issue with large filament spools. When using larger spools, they tend to get caught at the top of the AMS unit, causing interruptions in printing. This bracket design raises the lid slightly, allowing the spools to run freely without any obstruction.
I hope this simple yet effective solution makes your printing experience smoother and more reliable.
