EDIT 2-6-2023: Made minor modifications for a better fit, and stumbled upon a better way to ensure they remain in place during retractions and such. I couldn't be happier with how they fit now, so I'm probably not going to edit these again unless someone suggests something that would benefit everyone.

1. First off, I extended the circumference that the lip covers to give it a better grip. It's harder to press onto the feeder, but snaps in place better.
2. I also added a small amount of electrical grade silicone to the part that sits directly on the feeder button that says “Feed”. This allows it to adhere really well, but also allows me to warm it up and remove it if I need to replace them.

I uploaded two files; one is a generic 3mf that you can adjust the settings on or whatever. It may or may not have my support blockers in it, I'm not sure how the generic export works quite yet. The one that ends in “PLA” is my Bambu project file. If you open that, it should have all my settings included support blockers.

• Printed at 100% rectilinear infill, with 3 wall loops
• Seam position set to “nearest”
• Supports enabled, with slim tree supports
  • The supports should only touch the threaded portion since some of it would otherwise print mid-air.

EDIT 1-17-2023: Changed a few things to make it work better.

• Added a small nub on the button side to help it grab onto the feeder better. Previously it would pop off whenever the filament would wind fast, now it hold on from the tunnel and the button.
• Changed some of the geometry on the funnel side to fit tighter.
• Took out a small notch on the button. This was just high enough that the AMS lid wouldn't completely close and was instead elevated by about 1-2mm.
• Made him a thick boy for added durability.

Someone asked about the AMS feeder adapter that disappeared from thingiverse, so I created one. Fits a PC4-M10 fitting, no issues so far. They might be a bit snug, but thats what I was going for.

Print Settings:

• 0.2mm Layers
• 0.4mm Nozzle
• 100% aligned rectilinear infill
• Supports enabled: Adds supports in the fitting slot. Given it's in the threaded cavity, any imperfections are unnoticed anyway.
