I have used a piece of 5V led strip and powered by the monitor’s USB port.

the print tested several times, is always stained and impossible to complete

I'm sorry this didn't work out for you. I *think* my slicer settings usually work. If you want more help or advice on how to make it work I recommend this video. He goes through slicer settings and common pitfalls. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2uHqJqpMrI
