Santa Claus is coming
This is a toy where Santa Claus drives a sleigh and can walk on its own. This is a Christmas piece that is perfect for the whole family to play with.
It is a toy that belongs to the Ramp walker category, so it needs to be on a slope to walk on its own. This work is designed using cross-section printing and then gluing.
The purpose is to allow everyone to quickly print and assemble it and reduce unnecessary supports. I hope everyone can print and assemble it easily.
How it works
Ramp walker needs to be on a slope to operate normally. The slope angle is generally above 8 degrees.
Please do not make the slope angle too large to avoid the toy overturning due to accelerated walking.

Assembly instructions
Assembly requires diagonal pliers, glue, and small clamps (optional).

1. Remove all supports.

2. Install the short latches on the lower limbs of the sled. After using glue to bond them, use small clamps to clamp the lower limbs of the sled. Observe and adjust the misaligned parts on all sides before the glue is completely glued.

3. Install long latches on the lower limbs of the sled and test whether the swing action is normal.

4. Install short latches on one side of the main body and apply glue, then put on the lower limbs of the sled. Press the two sides of the body together and wait for the glue to fully adhere. Observe and adjust any misalignments on each side.

5. After the finished product is completed, you can now start enjoying the Santa Claus self-propelled toy.

Notice
1. Because the shrinkage rates of various filaments are different, the printing plate 2 is equipped with latches of +0.1mm and +0.2mm.
If the tolerance of the latches is too fine, the latches of the printing plate 2 can be used.
2. The weight will affect the movement of walking on a slope. Please do not adjust the wall surface and filling ratio at will.
In addition, some filaments are relatively light (such as PLA Matte series), and the slope angle can be increased to facilitate movement.
Or you can use the round weight in the printing plate 2 and put it into the round hole of the sled to move normally.
