These are for the smaller 4mm hex bits. For standard 1/4" / 6.25mm bits, see this model.
The print profile has 4 plates with versions packing 20, 30, 42 or 52 4mm bits into a single 1x1 bin size. I left off the lip to improve bit access. The hex holes are sized and chamfered to improve ease of insertion/removal.
To achieve good access to the bits, I recommend the version that holds 20 bits. The 30 and 42 bit versions can be fiddly to get bits out of. The 52 bit version is very efficient on space, while requiring something like needle nose pliers to get at all the bits.
The base is compatible with half-sized grid and has holes for optional magnets/screws. The base was initially generated with the Fusion GridfinityGenerator.
