Looks like a you problem. I don't know which printer you are using but: - Z Offset calibration - Cleaning your bed with IPA - Using correct bed temperature - Using correct extrusion temperature will help. This is not a hard model to print. and warping should not happen while printing such a small model. If you still struggle, brim would also help.
