Box with rounded corners and lid

Introducing my very first 3D printable box with a lid! I know right, yet another box. I had to start somewhere, first time I opened a CAD tool was about a week ago.

This model features smooth, rounded corners for a sleek design. The box is highly customizable with the BoxSettings parameters in FreeCAD, allowing you to adjust the width, depth, and height to your preference.

Please note that the wall thickness should range from 1.5 mm to 2.75 mm; any values outside of this range may cause issues with the model's integrity.

For optimal fit, the lid tolerance is set at 0.1 mm, which works well with my printer. This gives a total of 0.2 mm tolerance for the lid, but feel free to adjust this setting to suit your printer’s specifications.

Included is:

• 1 example Bambu Lab file with size of 55x75x45 mm
• The FreeCAD file to make the box work for your own custom sizing.
