For the head I found most mounts were of variable width so I left the head mounting posts with a little room and just use washers in there to close up the gap a little. All bolts were M4 (4mm) with the respective nylon nut for fastening. The right bolt length is 25mm, but I only had 30mm on hand so there is some excess.
