1st version is a simple base
2nd version has a lot for the common LED candle (38mm diameter)
The simple one could be decorated with a simple battery LED wire
color and print as you wish…

Sorry I don't understand what Is too large? Maybe the filament Is not well calibrated, You can see from the photo that the prints go togheter well.
try manuale calibration or increase hole compensation
