Looks good, seems to be Bronnens print profiles. My profile prints the mask whole and I believe I have a slightly better support top

I scaled it down to 30% to run a test. 0.4 nozzle 15% infill, 0.20mm and tree supports. Came out really good.

First off this is sick looking! 5 * Brother.. Is there anyway to print this one with an 0.4 nozzle?? And is there a back piece available to print with it?

Looks like you used the other Print Profile. The mask in its raw files is split up and attached. Please find the RAW files for the model which included the piece you have printed as well as the back piece

The opening is a little too small for my 8 year old but a beautiful print. Stock settings for Bambu Basic PLA.

Sorry to hear about this. Hopefully you are able to reorient the mask in a way it works for you. I definitely recommend using a PEI sheet and make sure to do a machine calibration with larger prints to ensure to minimise vibrations in the machine that cause it to fail
