I'll give that print a try. I think I might try to advance the threads with a pair of pliers before I torque on your ring on the top!

I love the design of this ornament. I printed it in purple and white so far. the looser cap worked much better; broke two caps before switching.

Had to re-print the ring and screw using the loose fit and slower parameters, but it came out beautifully! Used Mika3D Gold Silk. Looking forward to making more!

I made a bunch of these for Christmas gifts and everyone was really impressed. Nice model, but I had to print the thicker loop hanger piece.

went really well, had a little bit of stringing and weird seams on the outside, but that could be due to my filament

threads turned out perfectly. I needed to slow down the print head a bit with silk filaments to avoid snapping the ring.
