Description

04-12-23 *Added a few extra wall types.

Greetings.

My son was pestering me about a castle and how he wanted one. So i sat down and tried to make something he could have fun with but also customize and expand on later.

A few notes.

* As i am pretty new to 3d printing the settings etc. for the slicer might not be the best or optimal so change them to fit your needs. The settings that come with the 3mf worked for me.

* The gate and main building roof has had its hole in the middle removed. They will be seen on the picture but wont be on the part file.
* The Main building and roof are connected by squares and square holes instead of pin holes and pins as seen on the pictures.

* Everything is printed in PLA. BBL and Sunlu filament. The snap connectors could probably be printed in something more durable but they work fine in PLA.
* Most parts are first prints and nothing is dialed in to perfection so the pictures might have flaws.

* The snap connectors can be scaled in Bambu Studio for a snugger fit. I like them abit loose so they poop off without breaking if they are handled to rough.

I will be adding some upgrades to the castle later on. My son wants a cannon and some banners etc on the parts.

Hi, thanks for making this. I starting printing the main buildings at 75% scale. Everything was working great until I tried scaling down the Snap connectors to join everything up together, I started getting a bunch of Bambu Studio errors complaining about the model. I think because the clips are only 1 layer thick, when scaled down to 75%, it can't go smaller than 1 layer thick so it goes crazy. Would it be possible to post a 2 layer version if the studio doesn't complain when scaled down?

Hey. I have uploaded one scaled to 75% but with the original thickness so the slicer wont spas out. Hope you get it working with this one.
