I struggled with the head. It was my own fault. I tend to want to use tree supports. You print the head with tree supports and it will fail every time. The jaw pin does need to be 89%. 99% ain't even close. Other than a little trouble getting head to work out and the 89% pin everything went as well as can be expected on a 36 hour print. (Printed on a P1S and an A1 Mini in 24 hrs with 3 head attempts before completion).

how tall did you print it? and what colors did you use for the skin and gums?

I printed several. All at full dimensions. I used Bambu basic pink for gums. I used several different colours for skin from cappuccino, to bone white to fleshtone generic from Amazon. I have 3 printers and this time last year I was printing full bore for family and friends that saw it and wanted one. My only suggestion is don’t let anybody see it or you’ll be printing them till Christmas.

Happy with the finished product. It measures 22.5" when complete. The round pegs on the base were too tight for the boots and broke off but it didn't effect the final product. Make sure to print the pin for the jaw at 89% scale to fit. Everything else has been scaled down to 90% but the jaw pin was left at 100% scale.

I love them! Such a fun and entertaining print to do. I love all of the details! None of this will stay with me, as these are the gifts for my family. But next year I'll probably print one for myself - this year I'm out of filament and money 😅 haha. Thank you so much for that project!
