Description

My other model https://makerworld.com/en/models/628524#profileId-558993 was pretty popular so I decided to make a more user friendly version! This version is much easier to put the towel into. I've found myself struggling to get it in sometimes and thus this nice rounded holder was born.

I didn't feel like buying one of those towel hook things so I made one myself. Super useful and fits my cabinet (19.5mm thick) perfectly, you may find you have to scale it up or down to get it to fit yours correctly.

Printed at 60% infill in PLA (My wife has broke two somehow still but I haven't yet)

Supports: Yes

On the left side you will see my own remix from a previous version of this towel holder. I really like this new round design. Edit* the edges are rough, would be perfect if they can be more round.

Which edges would you like to see more rounded?

Thanks for the response, I’ve got a new version I’m fixing to upload which extends out that piece an extra 1mm which helps significantly with the strength.

Looks great but unfortunately the bridge for the clip onto the door is very thin and breaks easily (to get past the door gap I guess), using a stronger material than PLA is probably a good idea but I'm not sure if will help.

Fantastic fit on my cupboard, great size. We are going to make a wider one and print that too. Thanks!

Excellent print, doesn't quite fit my kitchen because it's round, but otherwise very good
