Mold To cast A silicon Mold to hold my Pen Blanks

This is a casting mold for you to cast silicon into it.

The resulting silicon mold will then hold my printable pen blanks.

It ensures that the pen blanks wont warp under heavy resin load and it can catch any spills of resin on the mold preventing drips

on the outside of the pen blanks.

The walls were made thing to ensure that the silicon is firm. 

Optionally the resulting silicon mold can also be used to cast resin directly creating fully resin pen blanks

The resin pen blanks would be 21mm x 21mm x 131mm, my own pen blanks are 20mm x 20mm x 130mm,

the extra gap of 1 mm ensures a easy retrieval of the pen blanks while still gaining support from the silicon.

For printing I advise 3 wall thickness and a normal infill of 10-15%

For best results I also advise ironing all top surfaces to create a smooth silicon mold.
