Description

Replacement rollers for the lower rack on a Hotpoint HDF330PGR3BB dishwasher. Likely to work on other models as well, I just don't have a way to test.

They are not a replica of the originals, but rather my own design. I would recommend printing the entire set and replacing them all as it will cause the rack to wobble slightly having them mixed up with the originals. Two roller assemblies will replace this part number WD28X27241.

If you print them and try them on a different model of dishwasher, please leave a comment down below with your dishwasher model letting me know whether they work or not. I can start a list and keep this model description updated.

UPDATE:

Use ASA or other filaments with higher heat resistance. I originally printed in PETG to see if it would hold up, though I had low expectations. After some time, I did confirm that PETG is not sufficient and will warp from use. See pictures below.

I've been running a set printed in ASA and they have lasted quite a few months. I think I'm actually nearing on a year of use.

UPDATE 2: ASA is still great, but I had one piece on the “hook” break. I updated the model design to make it stronger. If you already printed the original model and it's working for you, no need to replace them, but if you do have one break, the updated design should hold up better. No need to replace the whole set. Just replace the individual wheels as needed.
