Frame rack corner
Print Profile(1)

Description
This frame rack corner can be used to connect the upright and square column with each other to build a frame rack.
I used it to build a cubic frame rack as an insert for a storage box to put a plastic bag in and use it as a trash bin for wasted filament (such as purge, support structures or failed prints).
You can easily customize the model for your individual purpose.
you just need to print the following:
- 8 corners
- 4 upright and square columns for each dimension (a,b and c)* (= 12 in total)
You can either modify the ones in the print profile or add a primitive “cube” directly in your slicer. You can then scale the cube to the following dimensions 8x8xl in mm. Where l is the length of one a side (a,b and c) - 20 mm. (10 mm will be added from each of the corners.
The corner can be printed without any support.
The inner measure of the corners are 8.2x8.2 mm. That means usually the columns should fit quite snug but not to much in order to avoid that the corners burst. However depending on your printer settings your print could have different tolerances and I recommend to first print plate 2 with one corner and 2 columns and test their fit first.
For the columns I achived best results by using 20% infill with Gyroid pattern (provides strength in every direction).
