Description

In this type of gearbox, all the gears of the main shaft are in constant mesh with the corresponding gears of the countershaft. A sliding dog clutch (shifter) is provided on the main shaft.

This gearbox is designed to be coupled to this “V90 Pushrod OHV Engine” model:
https://makerworld.com/en/models/683723

But can be perfectly printed as a stand-alone model.
Just use “F2 - Stand for Stand Alone Use.stl” and “I - Turning Knob for Stand Alone Use.stl”.

Printing
Preferably the model should be printed on a smooth build plate.
I printed with PLA+, 0.16 mm layer height.

Assembly
Please check the exploded views for optimal orientation.
1. Assemble the lower axle by press fitting the lower forward and reverse gears.
2. Place the small reverse gear in the housing, secure with the securing bolt.
3. Assemble the Shifter by glueing the two halves.
4. Assemble the upper axle using the assembled Shifter and the upper forward and reverse gears.
5. Place the lower and upper assembled axles in one of the housing halves.
6. Close the housing with the other housing halve, using four M4x12 mm allen bolts.
7. Use two M5x16 mm allen bolts to attach the stand to the housing.
8. Use two M5x16 mm allen bolts to attach the stand to the V90 engine, using the Coupler Disks.

Fantastic, it's a pity that the hole in the front coupling plate is too large The block does not engage the gearbox after assembly

Replying to @Bootjevaarder :
The front coupling pedal has an excessively large hole, otherwise everything fits perfectly
