Description

Perfect 45 degree cuts

Want to make near perfect cuts with your miter saw, use this guide to set it correctly!

The idea was originally from TheSwedishMaker on YouTube and here is the video where he explains why you should do it like this:

https://youtu.be/TwGEPD66SwQ?si=i0P8uJJjsFoC6guV

Go watch that now, il wait!

The short version is that this triangle has two angles that’s 44.9 and one that’s 90.2 (because math). Use these 44.9 angles and slide the triangle in to adjust your miter saw to make the cut at that angle! The reason is that then your cuts will meet at the ”outer” corner instead of at the inner corner. The inner corner is not as crucial to get correct as that’s easily fixed with some caulk.

Please note that I removed the top and bottom layers, its not necessary, but it they are not needed and gives a nice view of the infill.
