UPDATE JANUARY 2024, AS YOU SEE THE IN THIS GIF THE FAN COVER IT FITS AND HOLDS!

I POST THIS GIF CAUSE MANY HAVE ISSUES AND I DON'T HAVE ANY.

I design this custom fan cover.

 

 

I would recommend you to use 0.2mm nozzle to have better details.

I upload both profile with 0.2mm nozzle and 0.4mm nozzle.

 

I have selected to iron all top surfaces , you can uncheck that if you want.

Don't forget that speed is the key , so faster you go , less quality and details you have, take time to print it.

 

I prefer to use PETG and if you want you can go for ABS , PC or ASA.

 

I have uploaded in the same file all the fan covers, you need only to choose your favorite and delete others.

Scaling to 101% results in a perfect fit. Betting it's due to allowable tolerances of the toolhead cover.
