Description

Looking for a Christmas tree that is unique and special?

You can choose between 3 tree options:

  • Spiral Tree
  • In line Tree
  • Random Tree

This 3in1 Christmas tree is the perfect choice to make it the centre of attention in your home this Christmas.

Important

Before printing all the parts, you should print the test files to check the tolerance of your printer.

How do I know if the test was correct?

If the test pieces fit without force and are not loose, you are ready to print all the parts of the tree.

The config of the test is -0.10mm for the tree and 0 for the support.

If the parts are too tight or you can't insert one into the other, you should set a negative value for the X-Y Contour Compensation starting at -0.10 in 1 of the 2 pieces of the test and try again.

If the pieces are too loose, you should set a positive value for the X-Y Contour Compensation starting at +0.10 in 1 of the 2 pieces of the test and try again.

The trunk of the tree should be made 5-7mm longer. And increase the diameter by 0.3mm. So that the base and the star are attached more tightly.

Different! I did the test print and the parts fit snug, so printed the rest. Went together well. The tall thin stick and base connection is a bit weak and broke as I was assembling, but glued it back together and it came out OK. Thanks for the model!

The tree looks great! Im super happy with the print. the only problem i had with the print is the “stem or middle bar” printed out squared instead of round. All the “branches” had a round hole in them. I used a drimil and shaved off the corners and it worked great and looks wonderful.

tree looking good. While the testfile pole fit perfectly, the longer pole was (i think 0,2mm) a little too big so it was a bit more difficult to fit/move.

took a couple of iterations on the stem. then it wasn’t long enough to get the star on. had to remove the bottom two “limbs”

Cute and decorative. Even on the A1 mini. Made me want to get a larger printer.
