I split the original model into separate objects, and made some minor tweaks on a per-object basis. I modified number of wall loops, gyroid infill percentages, and layer heights to help strengthen the functionality of this massage tool when printed with PLA (I usually &#34;dig in&#34; pretty hard with these kinds of self-care tools), and to help get a nice surface quality on the curvature of the handle. I did 3 separate print plates on my A1 (textured PEI plate setting), with 3 different colors of PLA (including a single filament swap and color change on the handle parts near the end of their print using AMS lite, just to add some additional contrast). I also used Bambu&#39;s “support for PLA” filament on the handle parts as the support filament interface, which worked out well. This profile includes all those adjustments I used to get the results I uploaded in the profile pics.&nbsp;The object-modified settings I used and uploaded in this profile are listed below, and when this profile is downloaded and opened in the slicer software, any of them can be easily further adjusted if necessary. Ho creato uno strumento per massaggi più grande possibile che entrasse in un unico piatto sulla A1 Mini. La stampa è senza supporti.Per l&#39;assemblaggio inserire le ruote nei perni con l&#39;ordine:piccola, grande, piccola…e così via,poi basta inserire i pin nei rispettivi buchi ed unire le due metà. L&#39;assemblaggio non dovrebbe richiedere colla in quanto le tolleranze sono strette.Buona stampa!

I have created a massage tool, the largest possible that would fit on a single plate on the A1 Mini. Printing is support free.For assembly, insert the wheels into the pins in the order:small, large, small...and so on,then simply insert the pins into their respective holes and join the two halves. Assembly should not require glue as the tolerances are tight.Happy printing!
