Description

Print this awesome fidget donut super easily in TPU.

It is so fun to squish, twist, and stretch!!

It can also be used as a bracelet (it fits kids at the current size, scale up 10-20% for an adult bracelet).

 

Ok, the settings are a little interesting, but super easy to implement:

0 wall loops

0 top shell layers

0 bottom shell layers

7% infill density (you can adjust this to your liking)

gyroid infill pattern

 

DO NOT USE PLA OR PETG. Use TPU, I've head of success with a filament called squishy PLA, that's your only option besides TPU.

 

The print profile has all of these added, but this is how it looks in Bambu Studio:

I am dumb. I printed this with PLA Basic fillament, and it was not squishy.😅😖

Model printed perfectly! I was surprised to see a simple torus on Bambu Studio before slicing, it's very clever to play only on the infill type without walls!

it is like that because in bambu Studio than turned off the outer wall so it is just the infill that you see

if i printed it in tpu than i would be squishy but I printed it in PLA matte

i scaled them down and I stupidly didn't read and didn't adjust the infill % to make them more squishy. they're pretty hard. they make a pretty good frisbee though!
