Festool RO150 Sandpaper Sorter works in Systainer

This is the follow up to the RTS400 sand paper organizer I made. This time I'm tackling the Festool 150mm Rotex sander. As in the other design due to the space limitations Ive included an alignment block to help get all your paper lined up to make it easier to fit in the slots.

However on this design I made a slot on the front of the holder that allows a nice tight friction fit to store the alignment block. Its tight enough to where it wont just fall out it should fit in there snug enough to retain it.

Regarding how you put this in the Systainer you can do it two ways, either on its base which allows you to just put the sander in the Systainer standing up & you dont have to remove the dust extraction chute.

The other option may takes an extra 3 seconds you remove the hand guard/dust extraction chute & are then able to lay the holder down on its back.

As Ive previously stated I'm by no means a designer so my skills are limited in this field but I hope that you find this design useful, feel free to reach out with any suggestions.

I'm considering making the alignment block design into maybe a standalone holder for individual grits maybe extend the alignment pins and add to it so it could maybe go on a pegboard, leave a comment if thats something you would be interested in & maybe Ill give it a go.
