Very cool display! If I was to do it again, I would add a hole for my dc power jack. I just drilled one out, but had 2 spots around it split the layers, no biggie I just had to do some quick plastic welding on the inside. I also added aluminum foil tape to the back plate to to get more light bounce in the center, you can see the difference with that in the two pics. Or you could just print the inside of the backplate in white

nice one. i put all lightboxes the leds on the backplate....so you get a nice even lighting on the front
