Birthday Hat

A few weeks ago was my son’s birthday, and I wanted to do something special for the occasion. I designed several birthday hats with themes I knew he would love, such as Paw Patrol, Spiderman, and Bluey. I also took advantage of the design to create other versatile models, perfect for any type of party.

Key Features:

• Thematic and Simple Designs: The hats include several thematic options as well as simpler styles to suit any celebration.
• Complete Customization: You can customize both the colors and numbers to match the party theme or each child's preferences. To edit the numbers on the designs, see the attached documentation.
• Easy Printing: The thematic models are designed with 3 layers of printing, while the simple designs only require 2 layers. The first layer has a thickness of 0.20 mm, and the following layers are 0.08 mm, resulting in a total height of 0.36 mm for the thematic designs and 0.28 mm for the simple ones.
• Simple Assembly: After printing, just fit the flaps together, add an elastic band, and the hat is ready to wear.

Printing Considerations:

• Scaling and Calibration: The models are scaled to the maximum size of the print bed to take full advantage of the available area. The color of the extrusion calibration is set to match the final piece during printing. If you have experience, you can remove the extrusion calibration just before the final piece begins printing.
