This was one of my middle school project/contest about water rocket challenge, at that time(year 2003) we used cardboard to make the nose cone and fins to with lots of plastic tapes and hot glue, luckly our team find out the best plastic bottle to mod which the cap design prefect for ALS(Automatic Lunching System), where the pressue from bottle could just force the cap release by itself.

As for now thanks to 3d Printing technology and Bambu lab 3D printers also Tinkercad 3D modeling tools that I could make the rocket more clean and stable with the printed nose cone and fins. Also i would like to share my idea here so people from all over the world could adpte this idea and mod to your local verion of the plastic bottle.
