Description

For all cookie enthusiasts!

Here you have the opportunity to turn your own designs into cookies.

With the “Einsatz Grundteil” file you can turn your own Christmas motifs into cookies.

Use the function of your respective CAD program to project your sketch onto the round surface.

I have provided you with the .stl / .obj / .step formats.

Let me know if you need a different format.

It is important to use the variable layer height for the inserts so that the round surface does not show too large steps!

the height of my projected shape was 4mm.

I also beveled the inside surface at about 10-15 degrees so that the dough can come off better.

I would be happy if you share your own designs with the community!

You don't have to pay any special attention when assembling the CookieRoll. Assemble it like in the photo. Lubrication is not necessary. In my case, no post-processing of the parts was necessary. The spiral grooves on the shaft and in the bore provide space for the seam.

1. I'm not a baker so I can only tell you that the cookie dough shouldn't be too sticky. Otherwise the cookies will tear or stick in the mold. You can also sprinkle some flour on the surface with the CookieRoll before rolling it out.

2.As you can see in the pictures, the dough needs to be rolled out thinly to about 4mm (or as high as your design is)

3. Work the dough with the CookieRoll, either directly on the baking paper or on the worktop, but then you have to carefully place the cookies on a separate tray.

I made my CookieRoll from white PLA+.After use, rinse under warm water and allow to dry.

It may take some practice to get a clean cookie. As already mentioned, I'm not a baker, so if anyone has a suitable recipe for a special cookie dough. Let me know.

Frohe Weihnachten!
