This simple print is a small hydroponic planter designed with the sole purpose of growing microgreens. I use it to grow cat grass for my cat and mung bean sprouts. The inserts slide easily into the reservoir and water can be poured in from the side or top.

Printer settings:

Any layer height, no supports, minimal infill. Scale reservoir to 101% if you're unsure about your printer's tolerance.

Almost fits over my aero garden fill port. also pictured is how this can be used during the soak phase, to keep seeds underwater. These are my favorite bean called moth bean.

if you like mung beans, then I suggest that you try moth beans aka matki aka Turkish gram. These grow nearly identical, but the taste is very clean (where mung has a little tang).

extra small doesn't need to be printed

nice print, but the single small tray only adds to print time. you might get more people if the long top and bottom were in a profile alone. it would show less print time.
