This is my very first published print. I usually have too many things going on at once and I forget what nozzle size I have in the printer. So this is my fix and its helped me remember. I designed it in FreeCad. I did print it with Bambu Lab PLA Support Filament. There is a little post processing to get the doors to slide easy. The end cap needed a little trimming as well. I hope you like this print, for most its probably not needed but for those that have too many things going on at once like I do its helpful.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, for being my first published model I feel like it is pretty good and im still learning the CAD portion of this hobby.

Thanks!

As you can see from my first pic I had kind of a crude way to remind me what nozzle was installed so it was a no brainer to print this one when I saw it. It lookes absolutly fantastic in my silver and black themed printer! Thanks for the great work on this one! Only thing missing from either of your versions now is whether the nozzle is a regular or CHT as I have the quick change AliExprees hotend that I have both types for 0.4 and 0.6 nozzles. Don't remix on my account as this version I printed is perferct for me. I can't give you a 5 star rating as this model hasn't shown up in my ratings tab to do so, I don't know why random downloaded models don't show up, especially as it shows up in my likes tab, but if it does you will be getting and 5 star. If you know another way to rate models other than them being in the ratings tab let me know because I can't find a way, definitly a glitch in the MakerWorld page. THX again!

It has definitely helped me, I am glad it helps others as well! Being my first ever uploaded file I didn't know how it was going to go but it has had more success than I thought it would so thank you for the support! I am still new to this hobby, so I had to look up the CHT nozzle. Does that make a big difference in prints? I'm not sure why some models show up and others don't. I have downloaded a few and only some have shown up in my ratings tab. When you can rate it, I would appreciate it!

For your first model you did a great job, very impressed! I'm trying to teach myself designing, and being in my 60's, that's not easy, LOL. I have uploaded a few but have a long way to go. I will say I struggled with the slot supports, but that slot is a tough one. As far as the CHT, it definitly gives you more flow but at the same time I have oozinging problems. I mainly use them for specialty filaments like real wood filament but they need a lot of calibration and fine tuning. As far as speed, the X1-C is plenty fast for me so I can't speak for the added volumetric speed. I will definitly rate it when and if I can. Again, great model and I love it and looks great on my Bambu!

This seems to be setup with two AMSs. I only have one and when I try to print/slice it, it all comes up grey. Am I missing something? This doesn't seem to be setup print ready with one AMS. Any help is appreciated. THX

Try it now. I went in and changed the two colors to 1 and 2 and reuploaded the multicolor file. Let me know if that fixes it

Thank you. I took the time to color it using the raw file for one AMS and printing it now. I'll try after this print gets done. THX again.

No problem! Im still learning exactly how to upload these files. It didnt even cross my mind to make the colors the first 4 colors in case someone had one AMS. Let me know if that worked after your print is done and thank you!

I needed a slight variation on this so reached out to the designer. Promptly done and the boost is well worth it. When my next boosts come in I will be giving this a second one. The max allowed.

I really like this idea its an elegant easy solution. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to indicate if the nozzle is hardened steel or stainless steel. Great job!
