đ YardForce 500 / 500B Compatible Tire
â ïž Designed exclusively for TPU printing
This tire has been specifically designed to be printed in TPU only
It has not been developed for rigid materials (PLA, PETG, ABS, etc)
Its geometry, flexibility, and mechanical behavior are entirely optimized for TPU's flexibility
Printing with rigid material will result in a design that does not conform to the intended purpose

đ Important Update â Version 2
â Added retaining lips
During the first long-term tests (Version 1), I observed that over time, the tire could gradually come out of its housing on the wheel due to mechanical stresses and TPU flexibility
To correct this issue, I added a retaining lip on each side of the tire (Version 2)
These lips are important
They prevent the gradual dislodgement of the tire and ensure reliable long-term retention
This is not an aesthetic detail
It is a functional correction based on field feedback
â ïž Can the lips be modified
In some very specific cases (very rigid TPU material or particular settings), it is technically possible to remove one of the two lips
However
- â It is not recommended
- â The model has been precisely adjusted to correct the observed problem
- â Removal can reintroduce the risk of dislodgement
The current version is the one that works best in real-world conditions
đ§Ș Recommended printing parameters
- TPU only
- 0.2mm layer
- 4 walls minimum
- 20 to 30% infill
- Reduced speed
