Modular Dust Filter

I designed this modular dust filter for an IKEA ALEX container that currently houses my home server. I removed the door of the container and designed this modular dust filter instead to ensure better ventilation of the server

This project consists of two plates. The first one contains the modular dust filter. The granularity of the filter mesh can be set via the infill settings of the project and the nozzle used. By default, 50% infill is set using a 0.4 mm nozzle.

The second plate contains connectors and end pieces for the dove tail cut-outs as well as handles to make it easier to pick up the dust filter.

Due to the protruding handles, it should normally be possible to simply insert the assembled dust filter into the container so that it can be inserted without additional measures and remains securely in place. In addition, a 6 mm wide magnetic strip can be attached to the side to additionally secure the assembled piece.
