Good test to do, my default X1C settings did great to 0.20, took a small twist to unlock 0.15, and no movement on 0.10 or 0.05. I also had to change a setting to even see lines for the 0.05 but I knew it wouldn't matter, that's a really tight tolerance.

This rating describes my printing experience with the Bambu Handy App. I think the model itself is great, and will slice it in Bambu Studio to check the actual limits of the printer. But since the website asks me to rate the print profile, here it is: The profile allows a clearence of 0.15mm. Tested consistently with 4 different PLA colors. The 0.10 insert is fused at a few points with the frame. Always the same position on all four prints. The 0.05 is sliced solid on most layers, the concetric structure is only visible for a few layers during printing.

This is just what I was looking for. I am trying to design something which is print in place and needs to have close tolerances. With my previous 3D printer, the tolerances were very big so I was interested to know what the X1C could achieve. This is a great test.

my X1 carbon did a really good job on the .010 but .005 was closed, no circle. I don’t know enough about making changes to possibly make it better. BUT… this machine runs circles around my second hand Makerbot.
