Pegboard Base

This model is a prototype inspired by Desktop Standing IKEA Pegboard V2 by nosoul - MakerWorld and Freely Combinable Storage Box by 贾员外 - MakerWorld.

Combining the two models, the main focus was to integrate the pegboard base with the dovetail joint structure of the freely combinable storage box, adjusting the dovetail joint distances and combination structure to reduce the probability of printing errors. Currently, the model's base is a 3mm pegboard base, which should be sufficient for storing everyday items.

Screw Specifications
The base uses M3*12mm screws and nuts, and the pegboards are connected using M3*10mm screws and nuts. You can purchase these from offline stores or various online retailers. I searched on 1688, and each set of 50 costs a few yuan.

After printing, the supports are slender tree-like structures. It is difficult to access the pegboard connection points with pliers. I recommend removing most of the supports first, then using the included hexagonal screwdriver or other thin screwdrivers to push the supports out of the screw holes. For any stubborn supports in the gaps, insert a screwdriver and pry them out.

I will continue to upload a 5mm version here in the future, so stay tuned.

Currently, there are two sizes, 240mm and 160mm, both of which can be printed on the A1 and mini. This model only includes the base. For the main body, you can download it from the works of the two authors mentioned in the introduction. Their works are truly amazing!

This base model perfectly integrates with the 3mm version of the standing pegboard panel and all main body components of the freely combinable storage box.
