Excellent design and printed out beautifully!
There are a couple (small) improvements that could be made. There are strange artifacts on the back side of the coaster starting at layer 5 that continue through the print. There is also an unnecessary square on layer 11 that kicks off a filament change.

lots of spaghetti very rough texture on bottom sides starting at about layer 4, gradually warped as the print progressed. I’m new at this, so I don’t know if there was an operational error on my part

sounds like you may have some adhesion and possible extrusion issue. face down prints will highlight this since the surface area is larger and detailed.
