This design is based on my earlier print-in-place box. This box is made to complete my print-in-place toolbox lineup. It has space for every component that comes with the printer and can accomodate smaller spare parts and hotend parts on a designated hotend tray.
When closing the latch, it reaches is designated ‘closed’ state by deforming. If you choose to print it from a more rigid material you might need to file it to reach perfect closing. If you print it from a more flexible material like PETG, your print should work without any filing. If you find closing difficult, file the surface shown below.
